These service terms (hereinafter "terms") govern the use of the jahimees.ee online store (hereinafter "store"). By using the store, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Payments
To confirm an order, it must be paid for via bank link or based on the issued invoice. The goods will be shipped after the payment is received.
4. Delivery
Delivery prices and conditions are described in our delivery policy. OÜ Neli Elu reserves the right to change delivery prices and conditions.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If the purchased item is not suitable, you have the right to return it within 14 days. The returned item must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Return conditions are described in our return policy.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process only the personal data necessary to fulfill orders and provide the service. Your data is protected and confidential.
7. Liability and Warranties
OÜ Neli Elu is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the store, except as provided by law. Purchased goods have a minimum warranty period of 6 months and a 2-year claim period.
8. Other Conditions
OÜ Neli Elu reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Changes take effect after being published in the store.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
