The Lava A-VAC 40×70 cm dry-aging membrane vacuum bag is designed for professional-quality meat aging at home. The special membrane bonds tightly to the meat surface, allowing controlled moisture release and enhancing tenderness and flavor. During dry-aging, weight loss may reach up to 20%, resulting in intense, gourmet-level taste and texture.

Before use, the bag must be vacuum-sealed completely to ensure proper membrane contact. During the aging period, the meat should not be moved. Recommended storage temperature is 0…+4 °C. A thin fat layer forming on the surface is normal.
