The Blaser CDC 7×65 R is a premium lead-free hunting cartridge designed specifically for break-action rifles, kipplauf rifles and combination guns. It is loaded with a 9.4 g (145 gr) CDC (Controlled Deformation Copper) monolithic copper bullet that provides rapid, controlled expansion, high weight retention and deep penetration. It is an excellent choice for roe deer, wild boar, red deer and other medium-sized game.

The CDC bullet expands symmetrically into four petals upon impact. Its deep hollow point and polymer tip initiate rapid expansion while maintaining excellent penetration and reliable stopping power. The bullet was developed by Blaser, manufactured using Barnes technology and loaded by Norma.
