How are Carbon Fibre Barrels Manufactured?

SAKO carbon fibre barrels are crafted using a unique layering technology. The SAKO carbon layup process employs a specialized mould to achieve high-tolerance, multi-layered, and precise carbon filament structures. This process ensures perfect synergy between carbon and steel, delivering the unparalleled accuracy that SAKO steel barrels are known for.

By using dry fibres inside the mould and applying vacuum, the SAKO technology ensures a homogenous structure across multiple carbon layers. This results in an extremely rigid construction, significantly reducing barrel vibrations and enhancing accuracy.
